Finding the perfect pair of jeans has become the holy grail of fashion.
Humble but proud, we call ourselves experts…so we’ve listed some key factors to help you find your perfect fit:
- Buy your jeans tight in the waist, seat and thighs as they will stretch as you wear them.
- Jeans are sized by two measurements: WAIST and INSEAM. Let’s say you’re holding a pair of jeans in size W28/L32. The first number is the waist (W), the second number is the inseam (L).
- The waist measurement is the circumference of the waist, measured in inches.
- The inseam measurement starts at the crotch and runs down the inside of the leg to the hem. To find your inseam (again, in inches), measure from the place where your legs join down to the floor.
- The length between the crotch and the top of the waistband is called the ‘rise’. We offer low, mid and high-rised jeans in a bunch of fits, washings and sizes.
- To wash or not to wash, that’s the question…there are all kinds of strategies to achieve the perfect amount of distressing. If you choose to wash your pair of jeans, turn them inside-out and wash with a liquid detergent that doesn’t contain bleach.
- Don’t tumble dry your jeans, hang ‘em to dry. It’s better for your jeans and it’s better for the environment!
